Q: What is your minimum order?

A: Our minimum order is 24 pieces per design, but we can offer a 12 piece minimum depending on your print design.


Q: What is your turnaround time?

A: Our standard turnaround time is 7 - 10 business days once Artwork is ready and down payment is processed.


Q: Do you have Rush Service?

A: We do have rush service available with an additional fee, depending if artwork is ready, sizes you need, etc. Please contact us for availability. Rush orders are ONLY excepted Monday-Thursday! We’ll need to have all artwork, sizes of shirts, and full payment by 3pm NO LATER


Q: How are payments processed?

A: We usually ask for half of the total for Down Payment when your order is placed. You'll pay the remaining balance when you pick up your final product. We except: Credit or Debit Card, Check, Cash and Net 30 Terms to those qualified.


Q: I don’t have art, can you help?

A: Yes! We have many Graphic Artists to choose from for your project. We price each project separately as each project varies.


Q: I have art ready, how do I send it to you?

A: Please email art files to Sales@shopprintedapparel.com

We will determine if the files are suitable for screen printing. If we come across any issues we will contact you before proceeding.


Q: Can you match pantone colors?

A: Yes, we offer pantone matching. This is usually an extra fee of $15 per color match.


Q: Do you charge extra for larger sizes in shirts?

A: Yes, we charge $2.00 more each shirt on any size XXL - XXXL and $3 more for anything larger.


Q: What if I have my own shirts? Can you guys still print on them?

A: Sure, we'd love to still help you out. Please, contact us and we can give you a quote on your order.


Q: Do you have a Price List I can look at?

A: We do not have a set price list, as jobs vary and so do specials we might run at the time. Please, use our Quote Form so we can get you the price on your order.
